Roydell has been here for four years and never had a run over ten yards. If you blow at him he will fall. I understand having him in for passing downs. But expecting him to get anything done on the ground is a negative.

Dalcourt……….. Where do I begin? Got abused all game. He has no upside to playing him. Getting stood up in the running game and being blown by in the passing game.

The right side has major issues and the tackles need to swap positions.

P.s. why are we the only major team to schedule teams like this? We’ve always scheduled tough OOC games early and it came back to bite us. Georgia, Ohio State and others have their teams gelling playing cupcakes while we try to make our guys play a playoff team. The sec west is tough enough we don’t need to do this.

Every major team has the same ooc set up. One major conference opponent and a bunch of cupcakes. LSU just played Florida State, Florida played Utah, Texas A&M played Miami, etc etc. Many teams have embarrassingly skirted it by claiming Vanderbilt tier major conference opponents like Georgia Tech, Virginia, Cal, but that still technically fits the standard set up. You'll recall that in 2019 Alabama's major conference opponent was Duke. In 2018 it was Louisville. So they've scheduled similarly to everyone else.

That Duke game was a filler for another that fell through if I recall correctly.

Roydell is a black hole on offense. He gets touted as the “power” back but he’s not a powerful runner. Haynes needs to play

Has been terrible for 3 years but Saban keeps trotting him out there. He must be the greatest person in the world off the field for Saban to be so blind to his matador style of playing offensive line.

The fact that he looks like the only RB on the roster with the potential to make big plays or turn nothing into something and Saban spent all offseason gassing him up, but he has played zero meaningful snaps in 2 games speaks volumes IMO. Saban is more dedicated to upperclassmen who have been good kids and done everything right than he is to winning at this point in his career.

Haynes was injured. Miller should have played more.
