Ill be shocked if he goes somewhere better. That doesn't happen a ton, especially at our level. If he cant beat Cook after 2 years..
I could best case for him being UVA, VANDY, Rice, GT

Those schools are top 25 baseball schools and would be a good fit.
There are a lot of teams that like to sling it that have Senior QB’s or kids going in the draft.
North Carolina
TCU
Washington
Houston
