I have no idea why UGA fans think this. Saban had been putting heat on Cochran for 2 years to modernize the S&C program and he just couldnt do it. Why bc all he knew how to do was copy and paste Tommy Moffits program from LSU. Once he realized his job was in jeopardy he went to Saban and asked for a on the field job. Saban said no....End of story.

I respect Kirby for throwing his BF a bone and giving him a enrtry level on the field job.

The question is if Bama's strength and conditioning is better now than with Cochran.

Did the transition help the team?

Cochran is a huge "glue" guy for our program. We have a few of them. They are needed with the way that Kirby runs practices.
