Longhorns are the better team.

It's a fair fan based assessment.

Like many of these big build up games under Saban, I think it's a one score decision win or lose, or a Bama blow out win.

Saban has just proven enough to not be considered a tough out for any team, especially at home

We need to be honest with ourselves. We had major systemic problems in 2022 and were nowhere close to dominate in many areas. We didn’t blow teams out because we were deeply flawed.

-The OL has to be able to run block effectively. Bama isn’t Bama if it can’t run the ball consistently.
-Can the front 7 establish dominance at the LOS? Last year after some injuries up front it simply wasn’t a physically imposing DL group and the LB play was flat out suspect either due to scheme or personnel issues.
-Do we have a championship level QB?
-What in the world is happening with our WR group? They have to eliminate the drops and demonstrate we can get separation because last year that group was ineffective at times. Scheme? Personnel? Either way has to be fixed.

That’s a lot of questions, but the potential is certainly there to be a championship team.
