You've got to wonder what could have been had the SEC not been in such a hurry to add Texas and Oklahoma. Not that those two teams are bad additions but getting a Clemson, UNC, Virginia Tech or FSU would have made better sense - geographically - than either of the two Big 12 schools. Just saying but it is what it is now.

Be patient for what? 2036? Texas and OU could get out in 2025. Would have had to wait another decade for those other schools.

Big Ten would have scooped up Texas and OU in a heartbeat.
