Texas football has sucked, but outside of football, Texas is a Superpower, good luck getting admitted, being a graduate means making tons of $$$$, I work with many

Austin is a boomtown, name a high tech company, they are all in Austin, and there are tens of Billions of tech projects in the works

Have you actually walked in downtown Austin? Homeless people rampant because the city would rather let them sleep in the streets and run them than actually create affordable housing. Tech bros are going to be really sad when they can't even afford to go out to Sixth Street.
We're talking football.
