The cruise boat should have docked at the assigned space provided by city and wrecked the pontoon boats illegally taking up dock space.
That would have solved everything.
The drunk white men were definitely in the wrong here and deserve jail time.

What about the black man who hit a white woman with a metal folding chair? Yeah, the woman who was actually trying to separate people and bring peace?
