I was aware we weren't the only people paying them but damn I thought it was alot. My old man passed a few years ago and I inherited our old house, 2400 Sq ft with 5 acres of land is in Tennessee is 400 a year and have no state income tax. Granted that's in a really rural area and I live in a burb of dallas. I guess I didn't realize how much state income tax is.

$400 ? Are you kidding me? Property must be valued very low in Tennessee. That’s ridiculously low
