If you ever really dove into this story the movie was utter bullshite. I mean, other than Oher living with them the majority is just total fiction. One example, Oher wasn't living on the street. he was being very well taken care of by a foster family. he also played basketball and was on the track team as well before he met the Tuohy's.

Any yes, Oher very much wanted to go to UT. They did speak briefly in the movie about it but that wasn't part of the.....deal.
