Not gonna lie watching them beat USC in the bowl game was the most enjoyable non SEC game I’ve watched in a long time

It felt like real college football again

Ole Miss is where many of the dimmer kids from uptown N.O. attend after UVA and the like turn them down.

You know the Saints open the season in the Superdome the day after the Rebs and Wave play.

Not that I really care one way or the other which stayed in replay but this isn’t an issue. There are NFL stadiums all over that have weekends where there is a college game on Saturday and then an NFL game on Sunday.

The cheapest ticket was $117 on SeatGeek. I actually checked on going even with no rooting interest

ETA: when did OM and greenie negotiate this game?

About a decade ago our AD came up with the idea to play Tulane in NO every few years to give the fans an a close road game in a fun location. It is also closer for fans in south MS than Oxford.

The problem was it was in the Dome the first few times but Tulane decided to play it at their matchbox stadium and OM isn’t getting many tickets. To the point OM fans are buying $77 Tulane season tickets to attend 1 game.

Also this game is at 3:00 and it is going to be hot AF.

I’d assume this is a pack house for Tulane, what’s the big deal?

That’s great….since they can’t find Atlanta.

But we can get the 27th out in a championship game in Omaha.

I’ve heard of several Ole Miss fans buying Tulane season tickets just for the game. They said the price for Tulane season tickets wasn’t that much.

LOL the contract was signed knowing the game was in Yulman. It was not signed 20 years ago for the Superdome.

More than 3,000. Tulane has know cut their nuts off with 2 SEC schools in driving distance. Seems like a great long term strategy.

Yulmam seats 30,000. You got 10%. You don't think Tulane supporters want to go? How many should you get? How many do you get when you go to Vanderbilt?

If I don't recall didn't Texas A&M had a staggering record of 5-7 overall and 2-6 in the SEC?? You might want to worry about fixing all the problems in your own program before you worry about what other schools have going on.. First and foremost, you should be worried about not being the laughing stock of the league this year.
