I guess it was inevitable that Arkansas would get paired up with South Carolina since they joined the same year...

But I don't think that game ever got on the radar screen nationally. Arkansas-A&M. Arkansas-LSU would draw attention most years. I think Arkansas-Missouri COULD if the teams got good. The Ole Miss and Tennessee games had their moments for sure.

No team will benefit from the Texas and Oklahoma entering the conference more than Arkansas. Renewing the Texas rivalry and starting one with OU will give Arkansas a lot more exposure if those series are competitive.

We've already got OU. And to a slightly lesser extent aggy.

Leave us alone.

Arkansas and South Carolina were good games because they were good teams.

Arkansas and Texas A&M games are good because it is earlier in the season and it draws plenty of interest.

Arkansas and LSU games even more so because some of the games determined who went to Atlanta.

Arkansas and Missouri games doesn't draw much interest from causal viewers because both teams are bad, beaten to hell and have nothing to play for except a crap bowl game.
