The medical center isn't even a part of the university. They've been separate entities for 7 years.

Certainly the university would condemn the medical offshoot for this, to protect their brand.

Thank you for the clarification. Dad died in 2014. The split happened after his passing, and none of his children live in Tennessee anymore. I’m more familiar with South Carolina and Maryland than Tennessee these days!
