Maybe not perfect, but a decent upgrade over where we are put together by an ex-Coach/Player and an ex-Player. PASS Act article

Players will speak out against any form of restraints being applied to them. I doubt this passes.

Your two statements are contradictory. The judicial branch is a part of the government. At least most HS civics lessons treat it as such. Government's already in "this".

Might work for football, basketball works closely with your shoe contract. Let them continue to use shoe company money (NIL) to support players such as Jabari.
