If I were a WR recruit I'd have a really hard time saying no to USC right now, but Tennessee is a really good option with a fun offense to play in too. I'd pick either over Bama or Georgia in that situation.

Why? The QB situation is about the same. USCw have a lot more highly rated WRs. Matthews would be wr 1 at UTw

I mean, having the number one offense in the country has to mean something to kids wanting to get to the next level

Eh.....I dunno. Bennett threw for over 4000 yds last season. So, it's not like UGA is NOT using the receivers. Granted, we are heavy on TE use and when you got some kid like Bowers, you'd be dumb not too. But that's alot of yards to go around.
