If I’m Georgia, I require this kid give up his smart phone immediately. He can have a flip phone with no video taking abilities or apps. That’s it.

And yet when requested to keep a recruit away from a rapist Florida would not even move the recruit to a different room.
Why does Florida allow so many rapists and murderers onto their campus?
