1.2 million Americans suffer from HIV.
I live in a city of 1.6 million people. We have zero HIV billboards from what I have seen, let alone multiple.
Sounds like a Louisiana problem.

Yeah , you are right it’s actually more like 1 in 275 people. And Alabama is in the top 10-11 states for HIV infection. Tuscaloosa is fifth in the state of Alabama infections. It’s actually very common, probably a friend or even a loved one. That’s why they have billboards, so people know they can get assistance. I want them to get medical assistance. The question is why don’t you? Is it just garden variety misanthropy? You just want people to suffer ?
