19 schools averaged > 4,000 per hockey game (almost all in the Midwest/Northeast)
15 schools averaged > 4,000 per baseball game (almost all in the South/Texas)
39 schools averaged > 4,000 per hockey game
37 schools averaged > 2,000 per baseball game
It's actually very similar in attendance and regional appeal. Folks in places where college hockey matter LOVE college hockey. Folks in places where college baseball matters LOVE college baseball. Folks in regions or at schools that don't care about it barely even know if exists.
