No it’s not. It has a new twist. Virginia and North Carolina may be preferred over Clemson and FSU which is different than expected

Not necessarily. Not long ago there was the report of the "Magnificent 7" of teams wanting to torch the ACC, if they could get that up to 9 then the conference could dissolve.
