Or each sport needs to hire their own commissioner
Leave the NCAA
Scrap the conferences and redesign the whole sports landscape
You can even have separate leagues if you want - if a school doesn't want to compete in baseball so be it

The Big 8, including Texas and OU, will be the real players down the stretch.
