Kelly would be a damn solid hire for Tennessee. Maybe no other coach in the nation has consistently gotten more out of the talent at-hand than Brian Kelly.
He would make the SEC an even tougher conference.

The SEC is tough enough to recruit, not to mention you are surrounded by Saban, Miles, Richt, Meyer, Spurrier, and Butch Davis. With weak HS talent in state, its a tough place. Fulmer made a living recruiting states with down programs (LSU, Bama, Arky, both MS schools). Lately, he hasn't had that luxury.
