what war movie would you pick?

I've been thinking I want to check out the Midway movie made in 2019. I read it tries to stay close to the events.

"Despite some of the 'Hollywood' aspects, this is still the most realistic movie about naval combat ever made," NHHC director and retired Navy Rear Adm. Sam Cox told the U.S. Department of Defense's website. "It does real credit to the courage and sacrifice of those who fought in the battle on both sides."

Some of the special effects are a little wonky but they got the story right, especially about the vital role the code breakers played in the victory.

watched it 2 nights ago. It was good. So is the 70’s version. Very brave men back then.
If you ever get to Fredericksburg, check out the Pacific Museum (right beside the Nimitz home museum). It was very well done and you’ll love it if you’re a WW2 buff.
