Area you are staying is fine. You will be staying close to CC's City Broiler, which is one of the finest steak places in the Midwest but is hard to get in on a football weekend. Shakespear's Pizza and Booche's for a burger are top-notch. Harpo's is the most famous bar in COMO but several good places in walking distance. Take a walk through the Quad and see the Columns. Fans will treat you well. Tailgating is spread out. No close parking to the stadium without a parking pass but lots of parking on Stadium Drive and Providence Road (south of the stadium).
