Im just looking at this objectively?

Players made questionable decisions. Filmed things, those things were released by the same players to other people! How else did they get out?

People got those videos,(because the players sent them to other people)then released them. Consent of release begins by pressing “send.” Can’t control a video after sending. Someone cannot say they didn’t consent to a release of a personal video, when they sent that video to another outside party, unless the phone was hacked or stolen.

He is not a victim. In that sense.

That’s my take. It sucks. If she had access to his phone, sent the videos to her phone, then posted…then he is a victim. That’s dumb on his part to give access, and he might have a case. Consent though. Consent to access his phone.

Can we put our situational orange and blue glasses to the side.

I think Jarquez is a good running back. I have no opinion of Wooden yet since I haven't seen much.

However that should have no affect on behavior off the field. Was very poor decisions by all involved. I don't think any one knows what really happened so we should probably hold out judgement on anyone. It's not a good look for the University. And yes I'm fully aware all of this could be consentual. I'm an adult if me and one of my friends hammered a lady on video and it got released my arse would be on the line. Jarquez is an adult, has a free education, and more then likely making 6 figures.

I expect more. I support whatever decisions the university makes.

The real issue for him is at the girl who was being filmed level. If that girl didn't consent, then he's in deep shite for filming it and sending it to his friend group chat. Full stop.

Sure you can. That's how revenge porn happens. Girl sends nudes or whatever to a guy - that's sending to an outside party. She doesn't want it FURTHER disseminated. They break up and guy posts to internet - now it's revenge porn, which is effectively what Hunter's ex did. Having a piece of media in your possession doesn't give you consent to disseminate it to whoever you want.

He can be a victim of one thing and guilty of another.

To people saying this doesn't matter - that's absolutely coping...
Hunter is a key piece of the offense and who knows what other players are tied up in this crap. What a dumb dumb dumb decision. Why film shite like this?
