But seriously, this is a great concept — I would probably just improve the actual stadium first.

Or is the revenue from that supposed to help fund future projects like that?

Have you not seen the upgrades they have done to the inside? UT has been making improvements for years. New Jumbotron, Party Deck in the upper deck now, luxury seating behind the bench, more club seats at field level just to name a few. They have plans for the outside also already approved. This will help the campus atmosphere, and the area year round, not just during football and basketball season. This will add a big economic boost to the community, not just campus.
