The right coordinator can make any level of talent look better.
UGA had that on offense with Todd Monken. Our peers throw out "UGA just has more talent" without looking at who our X, Y, and Z receivers are.
Todd Monken got those guys open (dawg fans remember Coley's inability to scheme open receivers for Fromm).
I have a hunch that Bama hasn't done as well evaluating recruits (taking 5 stars who don't pan out and not identifying the 3 and low 4 stars who could really contribute to the team success).
But that can be covered up to a large extend with the right coordinators.
