Well since we're getting into the topic, I went to Harvard. Georgia is easy to get into. Harder than Alabama, but still easy. Thanks.

Why don’t you drop by one day and I’ll show you my PhD from Oxford.
Georgia is hard to get into. It is a public Ivy. I didn’t declare this - the people who rate universities did. I didn’t say it was harder to get into than Harvard. Only that it was declared a public Ivy with stringent admissions requirements. A top quality education is available for those who qualify
And a point of interest. Top students at UGA can study at Oxford. Its in England, Gumps. Georgia has a joint program with Oxford where Georgia students can go, live in a UGA owned mansion and study. I know because a friends son did this several years ago. He stayed and got his masters there before coming home and enrolling at John’s Hopkins for a PhD. As far as I know this program is still ongoing at Georgia. I think a similar arrangement still exists between UGA and a top school in Italy too
