Basketball
Since 2020 we have missed out on 5 5* and 8* 4 recruits. The new policy would have helped with Cam’Ron Fletcher and Caleb Love. Fletcher is the only player that didn’t go to a private school. The NIL is a good start. Now Gates and the collective will need to start working with private school coaches, so the kids families can get paid. Most of these kids are on scholarship to private schools for a reason.

Football
It will help with the kids that don’t enroll in January.

MO State, SEMO, and Lindenwood at the FCS level are going to be in a tug of war going forward...and the latter's hockey program will get good real fast.
