Yeah. He plummeted from the 3rd QB taken in the draft to 4th. And UT and Titans fans are still furious. Looks like the "NFL decision makers" thought far more of him than the tRant brain trust.

And those NFL decision makers, many of whom are desperate for franchise QBs, determined that he was not worth a first round pick.

I'm not a Titans fan. Their fanbase doesn't hate this pick because Levis went to Kentucky. They hate this pick because he is not a good football player. He was not good enough to start over a very mediocre Sean Clifford at Penn State, and he quite frankly was nothing special at Kentucky. He only got drafted because of measurables, not because of anything he did on the football field. More often than not, those players don't translate to the NFL. Titans fans, knowing their team desperately needs an infusion of talent, are mad because they watched their team waste a 2nd round pick on someone who will probably be out of the league in 5 years.

You don't get brownie points for predicting which drafted guys don't turn into franchise QBs in the NFL. More often than not, success in college doesn't translate to the NFL any more than "measurables".

So let's stop pretending you are some kind of savant in draft logic.

The harsh reality is that Levis played for a crap team and his numbers aren't eye-popping. He has the physical tools to be an NFL QB; few do. A couple of seasons under RT and he will likely have value for the organization, either as a player or as a trade.

Calling it a "wasted pick" before the guy ever reports for drills is some Stephen A-level shock jock nonsense.

Enjoy your day.
