This is categorically false. Downtown and midtown Atlanta look nothing like they did 10 years ago. Atlanta has one of the cleanest downtowns of any major city. Much cleaner than NY, Boston, SF, Dallas, Houston, or LA.
Nashville is basically Charlotte with fake honky Tonks. And their Central Business district has a higher crime rate than Atlanta.

Trust me I used to live in Atlanta recently. Downtown Atlanta and midtown Atlanta two different areas. Midtown is not Downtown. Downtown Atl is full of homeless camps and GSU.
Downtown Atlanta is not close to any of those cities. Your ignorance is really showing. Atlanta’s crime is higher as well. Please travel more because most people in Atlanta hate Atlanta especially UGA fans.
