B1G Yankees are starting to over run Charleston and Savannah or the kids would have settled there instead of Atlanta and Nashville.

The amount of SEC alum who have moved into my neighborhood alone the last 24 mos is incredible. And all came because jobs paid more. That trend’s holding true in Austin, Dallas & SA too.
