Racism is everywhere. It will always be around. It has been around forever. Nothing is going to change.
Also, my family settled in Penn. once they got of the boat from Ireland, and having gone up north to visit them in the past, the north is more racist than the south. Damn, it's horrible up there.

Not to the extent of the Deep South. I've lived in many many places and it doesn't even come close to what exists in the South.
And I wouldn't leave Louisiana off that list.
