Pickens didn't play as much as he could've while Williams was unable to play.
Williams was on pace to exceed his SECCG receptions/yards.

Both played as much as they played, which means what matters is how many snaps they played.

Wrong again.

At comparable amount of PT, he had 35% less yards and 100% less TD's in game 2.

Of course he had more of a chance to make an impact.
