quote:

"Blaylock - top recruit? Really?" - Yeah. He was the #36 overall recruit and #5 WR when he signed at UGA. That's a top recruit by most metrics.

Meaningless

quote:

"Tykee Smith - injured early but came back and played the rest of the year." - You're confusing seasons. That's what Tykee Smith did this past season. In 2021 he played in one game.

My mistake. He was the corner I was thinking of when I typed Ringo.

quote:

"Kearis Jackson - played in all 15 games." As a kick returner mostly due to injury. He was almost back to full strength as a WR at the Florida game but then got hurt again. Had 6 catches (9 targets) in the final 7 games of the year. I'm not sure if you understand what "playing injured" means or not. Apparently not.

I understand what not being able to play means, which is what I counted for Bama, not playing injured.

quote:

"George Pickens - played in the SECCG 5 weeks prior and stated he was 100 pct." First of all, he said at the combine the first time he was working out fully healthy was at the combine. Second of all... I'm talking about players injured for the SECCG. He played the last 4 games of 2021 and had 5 catches. You can think that's him at full strength if you like, but you're an imbecile if you believe that.

Pickens played more in the SECCG 5 weeks prior than he did in the NC game 5 weeks later.

quote:

"Adam Anderson - wasn't a Georgia player in Dec or Jan." Sure he was. He was suspended, he was not dismissed from the team.

He was dismissed. He wasn't even allowed to participate in any future events at Georgia like any Georgia player.

quote:

"Chris Smith - Started all 15 games." No. He started 11 games in 2021 for UGA. Played in 12. He did play against Bama in the SECCG, but didnt' start because he was recovering from injury that had him miss games against Charleston Southern and Georgia Tech.

Listed as starter for SECCG. Not any injury report.

quote:

"Arian Smith - didn't start in the 1st game when he was healthy and had 1 catch for 6 yards against Clemson." Yes, he did start against Clemson. Clemson had a great defense. By far the best UGA played in 2021.

He didn't start against Clemson and only played 8 snaps against them. 2021 total defense ranking - Clemson 7th playing the in the SEC and Bama 9th playing in the SEC.

My mistake. As I posted above I knew a corner was out and typed Ringo instead of Tykee Smith. You had 2 starters out, Smith and Ratledge, which is about as good as it gets after 14 games.

Gees dude, you need a hobby, or a girlfriend, or uh...something.
Let it go man. You're beating a dead horse. Get with the rest of the world in accepting the way things are;
Bama got beat by a better team. They've never been the same since, it's over. Their days on top are now a part of cfb's storied history.
UGA is on top...to stay.
Saban is on his way out.
It's a bitter pill to swallow I realize, but the sooner you can accept it, the better you'll sleep at night.
In the words of Bob Dylan...times, they are-a changin.

Lol.

So the end result is:

"Bama problems count. Other teams problems don't."

as well as:

"I'll continue to get facts wrong and pretend I'm right because I don't want your problems to count."

Tykee Smith is a corner? Huh. Could have fooled me.

George Pickens with 13 snaps in the SECCG played more than his 18 snaps in the NCCG? Huh. Interesting math. But he played very few snaps in both games because... he was hurt. You're confusing catches (2 in SECCG, 1 in NCCG) with how much he was able to be on the field.

Adam Anderson wasn't allowed at UGA events? You mean like UGA's pro-day? Oh wait... he was there wasn't he? Huh. Anderson was never dismissed from UGA's team. He was suspended then left school.

Did Chris Smith start? Here's UGA's official website showing game participation:

LINK .

You can look on page 5 to see who started (it says start) who participated (has XXXX) and who didn't (has -----) by each player's name.

Chris Smith for the SECCG was listed as a participant (X's). Dan Jackson was the starter... just as he was the prior two games when Smith was hurt. And Dan Jackson was a walk on unranked prospect.

Please stop pretending you know what you're talking about when it comes to UGA football. YOu're incorrect about 90% of what you say.
