his SEC record has to improve. If not, he gone. this many years w/out improvement would be unacceptable.

I'm gonna disagree. He did show improvement in the SEC. He did everything right to win at Auburn and home against UK. Both were weird endings. He took UGA to the brink. He beats FL if his QB doesn't throw a terrible pick 6. UT was really the only SEC beat down. Mizzou was honestly 1 play away from 4 more SEC wins, including UGA, the defending national champ.
He tried to land a QB last year in the portal, but it didn't work out. This year he got his guy. Now we've got to let him put it together. If we fire him, we lose a great DC, a young OC also and start all over again.
