Wonder what changed in PCB over the years because all the urban trash used to go to either Daytona or Myrtle Beach.

I have no idea. You don't see the locals trashing things. It's the idiots that visit.
In the incident that article is referencing.......I saw video on the news that people went to Walmart and just stuck their arm out and walked down rows knocking stuff off the shelf. People have just lost any sense of self-respect and dignity.
