That's from "tourists" coming down and acting like fools. Strict laws/rules have had to be put in place because of the idiots from Alabama/Georgia that come down and trash the place.

Wonder what changed in PCB over the years because all the urban trash used to go to either Daytona or Myrtle Beach.
