Given that the guy was able to fire and hit Davis twice, it is clear that he had a gun at his ready. It also appears that the Johnson guy in the Jeep was acting aggressively. Driving around headlights off is something that folks with any familiarity with the hood and gang related behavior would recognize as a red-flag.
We are fortunate that the dude didn't kill several of our players.
