He was a good solid QB. He was helped by the amazing O-Line, weapons at all positions on offense and especially your amazing D! I wouldn’t put him anywhere near top 5 sec QB’s all-time but I do think he is top-10 or around 8-13 overall.

I would agree with 90% of this. However I really don't think we had any special/elite skill weapons on offense like B-Young or Stroud had outside of Brock Bowers. Arian Smith and AD Mitchell were hurt most of both seasons. O-Line was great but Stetson definitely made them look better with his scramble ability.

He was helped by the amazing O-Line,
like all teams, the OL was a hodge podge.

Some guys ranked significantly higher than others.
Broderick Jones and Tate Ratledge were high school studs.
Warren McClendon and Xavier Truss were just better than 3 stars.
Devin Willock was a mid 3 star.

It was an amazing OL.
But their blocking was helped by the tight ends and backs.
Their pass blocking was helped by our ability to run the football and by our quick pass game (which destroyed Oregon and South Carolina).
And as has been mentioned, having a senior QB with wheels helped them out a ton.
