I wondered if we should have an SEC Combine thread going. I’m sure they have one somewhere

Dawgs about to own the draft again.

That’s fast enough to justify an arrest warrant

Dear God. He was already going high but he just made bank.

41.5 inch vertical jump too. Freak athlete.

This, after season-ending injury early last season.
Great character guy too, coach on the field and off the field, motivator, high IQ, shining light in the locker room, all that stuff.

Byron Young ran a 4.4 but is 20 lbs heavier @ 255

According to ESPN Stats & Information research, he's the second-heaviest player to run a sub-4.4 40 and have a 40-plus-inch vertical at the combine since 2006, behind only 254-pound Vernon Davis.

Some of these guys look like they were made in a lab.

Not trolling, but I don’t remember anything about this guy’s career at UGA. I see that he was injured some or all of last year. Is his stock built on reputation and potential alone?

Headline: Black athlete runs fast.
Also, water is very wet.

no
He was outstanding in 2021 but the headlines were grabbed by all the other guys that would end up going in the 1st round. Also oveshadowed by our best pass rusher adam anderson the first part of the year
In 2022 he was excellent again but got hurt and missed a big chunk of the season.
He was the former #1 overall HS recruit and he lived up to it, IMO.

Rumors circulating he may be a target of the Superbowl Champs.

He would have been an all American without his injury.
