Darius Miles had been riding around with Brandon Miller earlier in the backseat, Brandon Miller dropped him and the eventual murderer off at a club. Miles left HIS gun in Brandons back seat cause he couldn't take it in the club obviously, he put it under some clothes in the back seat.

Miller later went to the club to pick Miles back up and this is when the guy got the gun out of Millers backseat and used it. So Miller didn't “retrieve the murder weapon from somewhere and deliver it to the scene to be used” Miller never touched it and was already on the way to the club to pick Miles up when they got into it with the other group.

I know most people here are just trolls and dont care about facts, they probably already know this and have heard it but maybe it clears something up for some.

LMAO spoken like a true Updyke. Miller knew exactly where the gun was and why his thug buddy wanted it.

You left out some pretty important details

Also, leaving the scene of an accident causing serious bodily injury or death is a felony in GA that carries a minimum penalty of 1 year in jail. The only question is whether there is some authority in case law that drag racing with another means you are involved in an accident. It takes two to tango. Jalen Carter decided to tango and GA officials decided to cut him a break by only charging him with misdemeanors.

Nice strawman. Nobody ever said he did

quote:

deliver it to the scene to be used

He most certainly did

Once again-

After receiving that text he could have done a number of things (call the police, talk some sense in Darius, etc) and little Kaine would still have his mother. But nope he just continued on and delivered the murder weapon to the scene.

And yet the choir boy, after sitting in the front seat and listening to his boys plan a shooting, then watching Davis empty 8 shots into an occupied vehicle, sped away and didn't even bother to call the cops to report what he saw. Some one needed medical attention after all. Regardless of legal jeopardy, there is no misconception that Brandon Miller a garbage human being.

Bama fans

Yeah, dindu nuffin Brandon was just being a good chaperone at 2am. What a great friend. And I’m sure he went to church first thing the next morning.

Don't blame others. Bama didn't message worth a shite and lost control of the story.

You can say most people here are trolls and don't care about facts... but is USA Today trolling Bama? The Tuscaloosa newspaper that wrote the story critical of the situation just this week? What about ESPN last week? CBS? CNN? Finnebaum? NY Post? Yahoo Sports?

It ain't just this site. About time you folks take a look at what is/was being said across the U.S. and realize this isn't a rant only troll.

Good lord. Do any of you watch or read anything other than this board?? It sure doesn't seem like it.

By all means carry on thinking it is just a handful of jealous fans on this site.

I mean the title of the Al.com article when the story broke was “Brandon Miller delivered the murder weapon” and most people ran with that as fact without reading the details.

That title makes it sound like he went and got the gun from somewhere and brought it to the scene for it to be used in a murder, thats not at all what happened.

Some outlets misreported it as being Millers gun that was used which is also not true.

It sounds like Miller knowingly brought the weapon to the scene which is exactly what happened.

This.

Some reports came out early and confused some of the facts. A week later, everyone has the facts straight and it hasn’t changed anything about how bad the situation is with Miller.

The party line for Bama fans right now is “you have the facts wrong” or “you clearly don’t know the whole situation.” That shite isn’t flying any more. The facts are clear. Hell, Miller’s own lawyer statement even shows his involvement.
