A criminal defense attorney professing his client's innocence. Shocking.

This certainly doesn’t fit the “Miller furnished the gun!!1!” narrative.

Bummer.

A young mom would be alive if Miller hadn't brought a gun at 1.30 in the morning to a teammate he knew was upset.

ForeverGator, any more questions about Miller’s supposed “blocking in” the other vehicle?

Sounds coincidental but texts can probably back it up

Can you go back tell when a text message was opened? Genuinely curious

There’s the victims’s/prosecution’s story, the defendant’s, and the truth.

This is why “innocent until proven guilty” is so important

The lawyer said Brandon didn't know about a possible crime? Davis and Miles were in the back of his car getting the gun and Miles telling him it was loaded. Brandon knew at this point of a possible crime. I guess he just sat there and watched it all unfold without trying to stop his friends while they were still in the backseat?

According to the police, his car blocked the victim's car. Maybe Miller decided to change his story now...

Why does Brandon Miller need a defense attorney if he hasn't been charged with anything?
