If he plays, it says nothing of the facts in the case.
Just says that he is not being charged.
Most likely because he is the star of the team.

What people are suggesting (fair or not), is that if Miles were the star player instead of a benchwarmer, he'd also be free of charges.

Miles was injured or out for most of the season when this happened and we were all very eager to see him return.
