He was on Bourbon St. with a gun in his pocket on Lundi Gras. Officer asked him if he had a permit, he admitted he did not, so he was arrested. I know they have all those walking "parades" but not sure if there was one that night. He wasn't on any traditional parade route that I'm aware of. It's a misdemeanor charge.
