Eh, you probably don't. But some of their fans certainly do. They beat UGA in a bowl game 5 years ago, so they, of course, own us. And they will not take into account all the injuries that UGA had in that game, but they WILL, of course, throw out how they would have beat Bama if their QB had not got hurt. I guess injuries count for some teams and NOT others.

You mean the same way it is OK for you to bring up being injured vs Texas but Bama cannot bring up injuries in the game they lost to Georgia? I think all fans tend to do this.

Hey I never said I make excuses. I was just saying others brought it up and they were attacked. But when it gets brought up about them losing to Bama, it's only because they lost Ewers early in the game.
For the record...I don't lean on excuses if we lose. When we got beat by Bama in the SECCG in 2021 we had lots of em, and I for one never threw that up to a single Bama fan. I think good teams have enough depth and moxy to fight through injuries and win anyway. We got beat by a better team that night and I have the sack to admit it.
Oooooooooooh, but when they lost Williams and Metchie? Shoot man, some are STILL throwing that ridiculous excuse up.

It wasn’t the injuries, it was the dozen or so opt outs.. bowl games in the playoff era are meaningless. Florida’s bowl games against UCF, Oklahoma, and the Beavers testify to that.
