The 12 needs to drop WV and UC and go get AZ, AZ State, Utah, Colorado while they can.

This. Except drop Central Florida too. Losing Ok and Tx puts B12 at 8. Replaced with Byu and Houston back at 10. then add Zona, Zona St, Utah, and Utah St and B12 is a solid 14 team conference. Even keeping Cent Florida and WV and UC, they would have a solid 16 team conference. Central Florida has no business in there.
