Then LSU and Baton Rouge needs to learn to protect the students that were the victims of these non-LSU criminals.

Which is exactly why all of this should be handled by the criminal justice system and not the universities (beyond the normal HR stuff that every corporation has to deal with.)

Putting sexual assault investigations under the umbrella of Title IX is an injustice to the victim.
