Because even if they win title its “Saban” not the OC. Saban is Bama and they go thru so may OC’s that they will never get the full credit they would at other programs.
I get what you’re saying but look at how much money his ex coordinators are making . It’s a win win if you put ego aside

You're saying this like these coaches can't make that type of money without Saban.
