no it hasn't
They have 11 CWS appearances and 2 national titles since 2000. Weaker than what they were prior? Sure. "weak as hell"? Not even close.

LSU is #1 over the past 30 years, for sure; but, this is an all-time ranking.

Wouldn't say weak, might not be up to Texas Standards, but in the last 20 years, Texas has
9 CWS Appearances (9 Top 7 Finishes)
2 National Championships
2 Runner-up CWS finishes
3 3rd Places CWS finishes
The incredible stat for Texas, 38 CWS appearances out of 75 Series, Texas has been to the CWS > 50% of the time

Historically Texas has been to the tournament WAY more than LSU, with the same number of national championships.
I hate Texas as much as the next person, but are you basing it entirely on recent success?
It's an "All-Time" list, not a "Recent History" list.
