Agreed. Consider that Garcia is from the same recruiting class as Tyler Macon. Garcia was #8 on 247/ Macon #34. This provides nice balance for the scholarship chart as it relates to the QB position.

Also provides protection in case Horn hits the portal for whatever reason.
