I lurked the old Big 8 schools after 2010. At least KSU and ISU accepted their fate. The Dirty Birds of KS were just angry all the time

Nebraska - cashing checks in the B1G
Colorado - cashing research checks in the PAC and getting stoned
TAMU - won the dag gum lottery and departed SWC for SEC
MU - should send part of their check to Norman each year for not going with TAMU

ISU - resigned to their fate and still can party
KSU - best trolls of all but at least they are funny
OU - could have been SEC (without Utx) a decade earlier
OSU - I think they were a Border Conference team and have returned
